Jesse Klick has extensive knowledge and experience advising individuals, businesses, and investors in all stages of the business life cycle. His practice centers on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business formations and transactions, commercial lending, and other commercial law. Additionally, Jesse serves as outside general counsel to privately held companies, advising them on day-to-day legal issues related to business and contract matters.
Jesse has earned the prestigious title of Super Lawyer “Rising Star” consecutively since 2021 - an honor bestowed upon only 2.5% of Minnesota lawyers. He also was named a “Notable Partner in the Law” in 2022 by Twin Cities Business.
Jesse graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas, earning a major in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude, ranking in the top 5 of his class, from the William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where he was a Trustee’s Merit Scholar and on Law Review.

Tyler Brimmer has extensive experience representing business and aviation clients in complex commercial transactions, including aircraft purchase and sales, aircraft and equipment leasing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and lending. He also serves as a trusted advisor to his business clients, advising them on day-to-day legal issues related to commercial, regulatory, and contract matters. His mission is to offer each client world-class service, unwavering personal attention, and the assurance that their legal matters are entrusted to capable hands.

Tyler is an honors graduate of St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, holding degrees in International Business and Human Resource Management. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, ranking in the top 5% of his class, from the DePaul University School of Law, where he was on Law Review. His global perspective extends to studies at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
